Research and experience! Over the last 17 years, I’ve spoken to hundreds of companies, and what I’ve learned is that extensive research and planning is the key to delivering you the best results. Finally, travel permitting, I arrive the afternoon before I speak to get a flavor for the event. Time permitting, I’ll attend any sessions scheduled for late afternoon and evening. I don’t do canned talks. Your talk will be customized specifically for your company and your event. I guarantee you that your people will be engaged and actively participating, not snoozing.
